New AI Tutor in the Neuro and Mentoring programs!

Most certification courses give you pre-recorded videos and practical exercises. My mentoring program and Neuropsychology for Hypnotherapists and Coaches gives you that — plus an AI tutor trained on the actual program material, so you can ask questions any time between our monthly group calls.

Self-paced doesn't mean self-taught alone anymore.

New Group Coaching Call Links

We’ve moved over to Google Meet for all program meetings. You can find the link in the program content and join a call right from there - or watch the latest replay. Let me know if you have any questions. 🫶

Contacting each other? Private profiles?

Hi all -

I am trying to reach out to some classmates (@Sarah, @Catherine, @Terri). We used to be able to send messages in the other platform. I noticed Sarah & Catherine, your profiles are private. Don't know if that is stopping me sending them.

Catherine, thanks for reaching out to help me with my class and being a subject. Terri & Sarah, interested in helping me? cat@myinnerresilience.com or call me 602-295-3411 so we can all set something up.

In the app, did you click on the three dots to the right of a member on the Member List and then choose Send Message? I don't know how to message members on a computer.

Lookie what I found!

They say sitting is the new smoking, and I definitely do WAY too much sitting. So I decided to see about getting a standing desk extender to put on top of my office desk. Found this cool natural bamboo one (it also comes in black) on Amazon. The bottom level is perfect for calls when I’m sitting (so my laptop is at eye level), and when I’m standing the top is perfect for my laptop and the bottom for my iPad, which I use for session notes. The bottom part is a lap desk that I can use when I’m working in bed snuggling with Beastie. And it was only $65! I’m totally jazzed. 😃

You now have a neuropsych expert on call, 24/7

This is really cool, y'all! If you have questions about the course material in the brain class, you can always bring them to the monthly group coaching calls and/or to this online community (public or private group), but now you can also ask the new AI tutor and get an immediate response from the actual course content without having to try to find the answer in the course (which module was that in, again?). And it you're about to have a session and wondering how to explain something to a client or want a quick refresher on how to diagnose the cause of an issue or what to look for to consider doing deep-brain fear reprogramming - you can get an immediate answer from the AI tutor. And it will ask you a question at the end of its answer to get you thinking more deeply about that concept.

Deep Brain Fear Reprogramming

Need some volunteers to do some DBFR with me. It will be 3 sessions, 3 weeks in a row. So please only volunteer if your calendar is open.

This is totally different than anything Amy has taught us, so I need practice.

Come as a client, not a practitioner mind. EXCEPT - at the end of each session (briefly) and at the end of it all (about 30 minutes?) I want your honest impressions.

And at the very end if you are willing, a Google review will help.

http://www.chatwithcatherine.com and get on my calendar, then send me a note here. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Getting people to come into your structured world....

Many people don't talk about the financial trauma that goes on in the nonprofit world and how it's stacked from the personal side, their business or workplace, and the nonprofit itself.

.

Leaders are throwing spaghetti at the wall due to constant re-traumatization from repeated rejections, individuals not showing up, and administrative overload.

I tried suggesting various tools in our course, and they literally give me the side eye or just admit they don't see the point.

Sorta the same response about my book. there is this mega disconnect between me really hitting on the importance of slowing down.

They can't, they don't know how to. I can relate! I was there before.

Ask pointed questions. Is it possible "people" treat business finances the same as personal ones?

Are you trying to solve a problem with the same thoughts and ways of doing things that got you into the problem?

You keep going at this such and such a way. How is that going for you? Have you changed anything? No? Maybe you should look at something different.

Personally, I would confront the side eyes.
