Now I can stand and even get my steps in while I'm in meetings! It was cheap, too - $60 for the bamboo standing desk extender with lap desk (which I remove and take into my bedroom to work comfortably while snuggling with Beastie 🐶) and $80 for the treadmill. I spend pretty much my whole day sedentary - in meetings, writing, painting - so it's nice to counteract some of that. What are you doing to get some more activity into your day? 🚶‍♀️
