I'm adding videos for the content in the Mentoring Program, so if you're in the program and would like to watch videos of the lessons, you can now do that. It will take awhile to cover the entire course; I'll be uploading 2-3 video lessons per month. People learn in different ways, so I want to make sure you have what you need for maximum success. 🧠🔥

Now I can stand and even get my steps in while I'm in meetings! It was cheap, too - $60 for the bamboo standing desk extender with lap desk (which I remove and take into my bedroom to work comfortably while snuggling with Beastie 🐶) and $80 for the treadmill. I spend pretty much my whole day sedentary - in meetings, writing, painting - so it's nice to counteract some of that. What are you doing to get some more activity into your day? 🚶‍♀️
