Ice Cream 🍨

This is the real deal! And, like all of my recipes, it's super easy to make, especially if you have an ice cream machine.

Add to a large blender cup:

• 1 pint (16 oz) heavy cream

• 5 egg yolks

• 1/2 cup powdered sweetener (optional; I like monkfruit)

Blend for 10 seconds or so, then pour into the ice cream machine. Takes about 5-10 minutes to freeze to the right consistency. That's it! Store in the freezer, of course.

Try it with different flavorings and toppings and let us know your favorite!

Variations I like:

Mint: add 1 tsp mint extract

Chocolate: add 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Full carnivore: omit sweetener or use honey and add chopped bacon (optional)
