Beef Stroganoff

This is one of my all-time favorite dishes! I now make it without the noodles, and I don't miss them at all. This version is really easy to make and is delicious and filling, and it gives you the great health benefits from beef and bone broth.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1.5 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese (brick, not whipped)
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 cup beef bone broth
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Melt 1 tbsp. butter in skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned, then set aside.
Melt the other 2 tbsp. butter in same skillet and add mushrooms. Cook until all of the liquid released from the mushrooms has evaporated.
Add beef back into the pan along with all of the other ingredients and simmer until sauce has been reduced to desired consistency (you can see the pan when you run a spoon or spatula along the bottom).
Enjoy immediately or save for later. Reheats and freezes well.
(Optional) Serve over cauliflower rice or zoodles - or for carnivore, omit the mushrooms. You'll want to keep the Worchester sauce, however, as that is what gives it that quentissential stroganoff flavor.
