Monthly group coaching calls. Our community group is online right now waiting for you to connect. Do you have your journal, yet? Last year I went with orange. This year turquoise is speaking to me. My watercolors are back on the front line after last year's dalliance with acrylics. I'm excited to see how last year's foray into pure abstract will inform my seemingly innate expressionist representational style that keeps calling me back.

I'm feeing ready for a personal rebirth. For quite awhile now I've spent too much time inside on my computer working on a refresh for my business with new branding and new systems. Now it's time for me to emerge from my cave, face the sun and deeply inhale some fresh air.
Meanwhile, what are you doing this Spring to refresh or level up? Come up with one thing to focus one. It can be big or small.
My 3-Step Process to Leveling Up
Here's a simple 3-step process to achieve your goals and make positive changes in your life.
Create a vision
Figure out that first or next step, and
Come up with a challenge to build your confidence, stay inspired and make progress toward your goal.
Modify your vision, if necessary, and repeat the process.
For example, let's say you want to get your paintings back in galleries again. To do that, you have to produce an adequate body of work, which requires spending more time painting. So your first step is to spend more time painting, for which you create a challenge - say, painting for an hour every Saturday for one month straight. Done! Now reevaluate your vision, figure out your next step, and create a new challenge.
Let your vision inspire you. Let it pull you up the hill and help you build new habits. Contrast this approach with one that relies on motivations, which is pushing yourself up the hill. Which is easier, pushing yourself or being pulled? Say goodbye to overwhelm and procrastination and keep moving forward to turn your dreams into reality.
