Schedule Regular Work Breaks

He knows just where to put his head (with pressure!) to keep me from typing! His neediness is welcome, because we need regular breaks from our work to let our subconscious chew on it for a bit, letting us come back to it with greater clarity and creativity. And getting up to walk around, even if it's just getting a water refill from the kitchen, provides surprising physical health benefits to our sedentary lifestyle. Contrary to popular belief, taking regular breaks (every hour or so) actually improves our productivity. How do you schedule your clarity breaks and what do you do to come back to your work with fresh eyes and ideas?
