New Client Consultation

A consultation is required prior to any sessions. You'll be emailed a link to an intake form that must be submitted prior to your appointment. Failure to submit this form will result in cancellation of your appointment. Please indicate in the Notes section when you schedule your session whether you are making an in-person or virtual appointment.

Private Session

One-on-one session lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on what is needed at the time to reach your goal. Please indicate in the Notes section when you schedule your session whether you are making an in-person or virtual appointment. Prepaid session credits expire one year after purchase.

3-Session Package

Three sessions up to 90-minutes each at a reduced price paid up-front. Session credits are valid for up to one year after the purchase date. Please indicate in the Notes section when you schedule your session whether you are making an in-person or virtual appointment.

Monthly Plans

Monthly Plan: 1 Session Per Month

One session up to 90-minutes per month at a reduced price ($50 off per session) with a 6-month minimum commitment required, billed automatically each month. May be canceled after your sixth month or continued indefinitely. All prepaid sessions must be used within 60 days.

$200.00 USD every month

Monthly Plan: 2 Sessions Per Month

Two sessions up to 90-minutes each per month at a reduced price ($100 off per session) with a 6-month minimum commitment required, billed automatically each month. May be canceled after your sixth month or continued indefinitely. All prepaid sessions must be used within 60 days.
