Feed Your Brain

A 10-step guide to nutrition and lifestyle optimization for a happy brain and body.

The best thing you can do for your health is to reduce stress, from both physical and psychological causes. My philosophy is simple: work with your brain, not against it. It’s amazing how often we get in our own way when trying to live healthier lives. Sometimes we need to outsmart our brains to do what’s best for us.

This is a course of body/mind goals to help you move toward optimal gene expression at your own pace, moving a little more toward each goal as you can, so you feel better and have more energy every day and no feelings of deprivation or suffering. Get out of a dieter’s mindset and into a mindset of longevity with this simple guide. No research or expert opinion to wade through here; I've already done that footwork for you. This is a quick reference for those who want to cut to the chase and just know what they should start working toward, in their own way at at their own time.

This course also includes membership in our Stretch & Smile Club online group to share information and recipes, cheer each other on, answer questions and keep ourselves accountable. An accountability buddy will always be there for you! You can also request that certain information be included in the lessons and I'll be happy to accommodate you. I'll be continually updating the course with new tips, tricks, information, resources and anything else I think might be helpful or fun!

What People Are Saying:

"It started today because I was looking for a top to wear at the open house I did today. What I did was “shop” my own closet only to find some nice blouses, some still with tags on them because they were a little tight but when I found them at the store I liked them enough (and they were mostly on sale) to buy them. What I found is that most of them actually fit me which made me keep digging. I came up with shorts and pants that I haven’t seen for quite a while. It was kind of exciting that all these clothes that I had gotten too big for now fit again. So, i just wanted to thank you for helping me - it means a lot that I am able to move past a lot of the crap that has been programmed in my head by my toxic family and friends."

"Thanks for all you have done for me. I have released 40lbs and am not reacquiring it."
